Hello Everyone 💛,

The Editorial Committee, TISS HRM & LR is super excited to open submissions for Kaustubham Pinnacle!

This year’s theme:

🌱 “Reimagining the Workplace: Human first Leadership, Technology, and the Future of People at Work.”

If you have thoughts, ideas, or opinions about how work should look in the future, we want to read them!
Write from your experience, your imagination, your heart ❤️, just keep it original and well thought.

🌟 Selected articles will be published in a special section for students in Kaustubham* and showcased during Abhyudaya.

🏆 Winners also get Certificates of Excellence and cash prizes!
