It is not often that college comes without it’s unlimited hassles: endless examinations, sleepless nights; and a perenially late presence to classes.

However, in a rare glimmer of joy, you find solace in the places least expected: that was Madhurima for us. Seniors with energy off the rocket, a place where you could express yourself freely, be creative, but most importantly, tying us with the invisible string of music running through our veins.

From the never tiring jamroom stairway to bizarre acapella practices, hearing the latest rendition of the Indian choir in the canteen balcony, and the comfort in knowing someone is constantly destroying the drum cymbals: to finding chemistry with people least expected,
‘We are next in five!!!’ and historically chasing slot number 1: as John Mayer says, ‘you’re gonna live forever in me’.

Thank you to everyone who cherished us like family, gave us the best playlists yet, and pushed us to be better throughout every step of our musical journey.

However, we couldn’t be happier to leave on the note, that Madhurima is in brighter hands: All the best, to our New Council of 2026-27, with the cesspool of talent thriving in every new practice, performance and love!!! We are sure that your leadership will see Madfam grow beautifully.
