श्रीमती काशिबाई नवले कॉलेज ऑफ फार्मसी, कोंढवा (बु.), पुणे येथे दिनांक २७ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ रोजी मराठी भाषा गौरव दिन उत्साहात साजरा करण्यात आला. हा दिवस पद्मभूषण पुरस्काराने सन्मानित ज्येष्ठ कवी विष्णु वामन शिरवाडकर (कुसुमाग्रज) यांच्या जयंतीनिमित्त साजरा केला जातो.

या निमित्ताने ग्रंथालय विभागामार्फत मराठी पुस्तक प्रदर्शन तसेच मराठी हस्ताक्षर स्पर्धेचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. विद्यार्थी व कर्मचारी यांनी उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग नोंदवून कार्यक्रमाला भरभरून प्रतिसाद दिला.

STES’s Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy (SKNCOP), Pune actively participated in the Weekly Online Session on “IIC Activities, R&D Awareness & Capacity Building” conducted by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) in association with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) on Monday, 19 January 2026 at 11:30 AM via WebEx platform.

The session was led by Dr. Vandana Nikam, who shared valuable insights on how structured mentorship helps transform innovative ideas into functional prototypes. The program benefited students, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs, with discussions on innovation processes, and commercialization pathways.

STES’s Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy (SKNCOP) successfully organized a Workshop on Design Thinking, Critical Thinking and Innovation Design on 20 February 2026 under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) calendar activities.

The insightful session was conducted by Ms. Komal Patil, Co-Founder of TransDataNexus, a global pharma trade intelligence platform. The workshop focused on design thinking frameworks, critical analysis, ideation techniques, and innovation-driven problem solving relevant to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

The interactive session encouraged students to develop creative thinking, innovation mindset, and industry-oriented problem-solving skills, strengthening SKNCOP’s commitment to fostering an innovation-driven academic ecosystem.

STES’s Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy (SKNCOP), Pune, under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organized an 8N/9D Educational Tour from 27 January to 04 February 2026, covering Amritsar, Manali, Kullu, Manikaran, and Kasol.

✨ Academic Highlight:
An Industrial Visit to Shree Dhanwantri Herbals, Amritsar, where 50 students, accompanied by 4 faculty members, gained practical exposure to herbal pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality practices, and entrepreneurship.

The tour offered a perfect blend of industry exposure, academic learning, and cultural experience, aligning with the objectives of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC).

We are proud to announce that Ms. Shaikh Asila Khaliluddin, student of STES’s Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy, Kondhwa, secured 🥈 Second Prize(1st Runner-up)at Pharma Aura 2K26 in the Pharma 3D Model Making Competition with an innovative model titled “Blood Clotting – A Lifesaver at the Site of Injury, but a Silent Villain Within Circulation,”effectively demonstrating the dual role of blood clotting as a protective mechanism during injury and a potential threat when occurring abnormally within circulation; the achievement was recognized with a trophy, certificate, and cash prize under the guidance of Ms. Arti Gite, bringing pride and honor to the institution.

🚩The 396th birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at STES’s SKNCOP.

On this occasion, final year B. Phram student Ms. Urvashi Chipate presented a brief overview of the life and achievements of Shivaji Maharaj. She highlighted his vision, leadership, and dedication to Swarajya. She also explained his concern for the health and well-being of soldiers, including the use of traditional medicines, medicinal plants, and proper healthcare support during warfare.

Students and staff members were present and paid floral tribute to the great Maratha warrior.

The IQAC and IIC of STES’s SKNCOP, Pune Successfully conducted a power-packed session on “Technology Readiness (TRL) to Tech-Transfer: A Roadmap for Innovation Deployment” on February 03, 2026 by Dr. Manohar Potdar- Ex- Vice President, Technical operations, ALKEM laboratories, Mumbai.
The expert talk provided valuable insights into TRL, MRL & IRL, IP protection, patent filing, licensing, and effective technology transfer strategies.
