The IQAC and IIC of Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy (SKNCOP), Pune successfully conducted a three-day workshop on **“QbD Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Level 1 with Design of Experiments (DoE), Predictive Analytics – Monte Carlo Simulations for Drug Development & Process Optimization”** on **3rd, 4th & 6th August 2026**.

The workshop was conducted by **Mr. Santosh D. Awasarkar, Director, Pursulence Global Business Solutions LLP, India**.

The power-packed sessions provided valuable hands-on exposure to **AI-based DoE tools, Monte Carlo simulations, Statistical Process Control (SPC) using X-bar R charts, and process optimization strategies**. The workshop also included a simulated project and virtual/online internship opportunities, offering students practical insights into the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world pharmaceutical development and process optimization.

**STES’s Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy, Kondhwa (Bk.), Pune** proudly celebrated the **80th Independence Day** on **15 August 2026** with immense pride, patriotism, and gratitude. 🇮🇳

The celebration was graced by our esteemed dignitaries: **Dr. Shashikant Lokhande**, Principal – SCOE & Chief Guest; **Dr. Shriram Kulkarni**, Kondhwa Campus Director & Principal – SAE; **Dr. Minal Ghante**, Principal – SKNCOP; **Dr. Vishal Gaikwad**, Director – MBA; **Dr. Sharada Patil**, Director – MCA; **Dr. Nusrat Khan**, Principal – SCOC; and **Dr. Kaustubh Gaikwad**, Vice Principal – SAE.
