Exciting opportunity for young researchers! Join us for a two-day workshop on "Molecular Biology Techniques and Drug Delivery" at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi on August 28-29, 2025. Sponsored by ANRF under the Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) Policy, this workshop is part of the project "Aptamer based electrosensor for detection of NDMA impurity (a potential carcinogen)" led by Dr. Abhimanyu Dev.

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, BIT, Mesra is happy to share that the two-week long summer internship program on hands-on training in handling and experimentation of laboratory animals was successfully completed with participants from various institutes on 14th June 2024. The department wishes to host similar training programs in the future to percolate the knowledge and disseminate hands-on experience to the participants for skill development.

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, BIT Mesra is organizing a two-week long summer internship program on hands-on training in handling and experimentation on laboratory animals. The program was inaugurated on 31st May and will continue till 14th June. Participants from various universities including Central Universities and Veterinary colleges are participating with enthusiasm. This unique training program is the first of its kind in the Institute and the Department wishes to conduct more such sessions in the future.
