मानवता के अधिकारों का प्रतीक है गुरु तेगबहादुर जी का बलिदान

महाराजा अग्रसेन टेक्निकल एजुकेशन सोसाइटी द्वारा श्री गुरु तेगबहादुर सिंह जी के 350वें बलिदान दिवस के अवसर पर संस्थान में श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस अवसर पर संत नारायण प्रकाश सिंह जी द्वारा शब्द कीर्तन किया गया। संस्थान की म्यूजिक सोसाइटी अंतरध्वनि के छात्रों द्वारा शबद गाकर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई।

कार्यक्रम में संस्थापक अध्यक्ष डॉ. नन्द किशोर गर्ग, अध्यक्ष श्री विनीत कुमार लोहिया, महासचिव टी. आर. गर्ग, सह- सचिव मोहन गर्ग व रजनीश गुप्ता सहित श्रीमती रविंदर कौर रंधावा, निदेशक, गुरु तेगबहादुर संस्थान, सर्व श्री बी. एल. महाजन, आदि उपस्थित थे।
श्रीमती रंधावा ने गुरु तेगबहादुर जी के सर्वोच्च योगदान को बताया।
संत नारायण प्रकाश सिंह जी ने कहा कि गुरु तेगबहादुर जी ने किसी भी अन्याय की स्थिति में मानवता के अधिकार दिलवाने के लिए अपना बलिदान दिया।

इस वर्ष भारत के संविधान के 76वीं वर्षगाँठ के उपलक्ष्य में संविधान दिवस भी मनाया गया और उपस्थित सभी पदाधिकारी, ट्रस्टी, गणमान्य अतिथि, शिक्षक व छात्रों ने संविधान की प्रस्तावना का पाठ भी किया।

ISTE ANNUAL STUDENT CONVENTION 2025

Engineering Leadership and Transformation: From Ideas to Impact”, ISTE Convention was successfully organized by the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department, Mait Delhi Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) Delhi, on 14th November 2025. The primary objective of the programme was to promote the holistic development of students in the field of Engineering and Technology by exposing them to contemporary challenges, leadership insights, and opportunities for innovation.
The convention commenced with an inaugural ceremony featuring a welcome address and introductory remarks by Dr. Nitin Sharma Coordinator of the programme. This was followed by an insightful inaugural speech by Prof. Neelam Sharma, Director, MAIT, who emphasized the relevance and practical significance of the convention’s theme in the current engineering and technological landscape. The event was graced by Dr. N. K. Gupta, Chief Guest, Member of the National Executive Council ISTE, and Head, Parliamentary Affairs, NSDC. He shared valuable insights on the current challenges in skill development and emphasized the importance of nurturing leadership qualities among engineering students. His session proved enriching and thought-provoking for the participants. Prof. J. V. Desai, Director General, MAIT, provide the importance of certification under different standards and the inaugural function concluded by Dr. Swati Sharma with the vote of thanks. The programme featured engaging and knowledgeable sessions delivered by distinguished experts from academia, industry, and technology sectors:

• Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Scientist-F, Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), served as the Guest of Honor. He interacted with students on future opportunities in the technology sector, highlighting career prospects after completing B.Tech, especially in startups and entrepreneurship.

• Mr. Rohit Kumar, Assistant Professor, ECE Department, Delhi Technological University - DTU, delivered an informative lecture based on his experience working in AI-based technologies.
• Mr. Vivek Chandel, expert in AI, ML, and Python, shared industry-relevant insights aimed at strengthening students’ technical and analytical competencies.
• Ms. Gauri Agarwal, a renowned professional associated with Event & Partnerships at The Times of India UN Woman 30 for 2030 (2025), and CNN Academy Fellow, motivated the students on leadership, transformation, and emerging professional opportunities.
• Mr. Rahul Samnol conducted an elaborate session guiding students on how to align themselves with the right career direction, focusing on personal development and industry readiness.

These sessions collectively emphasized innovation, leadership, and the significance of emerging technologies in shaping the future of engineering careers.The convention concluded with a felicitation ceremony, where certificates of participation were presented to all attendees. The event had a profound impact on students, inspiring them to embrace leadership roles and pursue meaningful contributions in the field of engineering and technology. In the first phase of our Free Laptop Distribution Drive, newly admitted first-year students (2026–27 batch) who completed their schooling from Government schools and secured above 90% marks in Class 12th were felicitated with laptops.
The event was graced by Hon’ble Justice Ravinder Dudeja Judge, Delhi High Court and Dr. Kamlesh Bajaj, Founder & CEO – Data Security Council of India and Founder Advisor – CERT-In, Government of India who also delivered an expert lecture to students during their visit to the institute.🏛️
The ceremony witnessed the presence of eminent dignitaries including Dr. Nand Kishore Garg, Founder & Chief Advisor – MATES & Chancellor – MAU, Baddi (HP), Sh. Vineet Kumar Lohia, Chairman – MATES, Er. T. R. Garg, General Secretary – MATES, Sh. Mohan Kumar Garg & Sh. Rajnish Gupta, Joint General Secretaries – MATES along with other esteemed Trust Members, Director General, Directors, Deans, and senior faculty members of the Institutes.
Dr. Nand Kishore Garg personally congratulated all 15 meritorious students and extended his best wishes for their future endeavours.
The second phase of the distribution drive will soon benefit students from reserved categories, economically weaker sections, and single-parent families through free/subsidized laptops. 💻

the National Song “Vande Mataram”
Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society (MATES), proudly celebrated the 150th
anniversary of the National Song “Vande Mataram” on November 7th, 2025.
The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Nand Kishore Garg, Founder and Chief
Advisor, MATES; Shri Vineet Kumar Lohia, Chairman, MATES; Dr. Indira Bhardwaj, Director,
MATES; Prof. J.V. Desai, Director General, MAIT; Prof. Neelam Sharma, Director, MAIT;
Prof. Rajni Malhotra Dhingra (Director, MAIMS); Dr. Sanjiv Marwah, Director, MABS; Prof.
S.S. Deswal, Dean, MAIT; Prof. Sachin Gupta, Dean (R&I), MAIT; along with all Heads of
Departments, faculty members, and students.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nand Kishore Garg highlighted the historical and
emotional significance of “Vande Mataram” in India’s struggle for independence. He
emphasized that the song continues to inspire the spirit of nationalism and unity, symbolizing the
cultural and intellectual strength of the nation. Dr. Garg also spoke about the need to blend
traditional values with modern technological progress, encouraging students to contribute to the
nation’s growth through innovation and integrity.
On this occasion, MATES organized an Expert Guest Lecture on the theme “Digital
Transformation Leveraging Artificial Intelligence” The event brought together academicians,
technocrats, and students to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the digital
future. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Pramod Kumar, Country Head, Tech
Mahindra, who shared insights on how AI is transforming industries and improving governance
and public services.
The celebration reflected love for the nation and hope for the future, showing MATES’s
strong commitment to providing quality education and preserving India’s cultural heritage.

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) successfully hosted the Study Abroad Fest 2025 on November 7, in collaboration with Fateh Education, bringing together representatives from seven leading international universities on campus.

The participating universities included:

Kingston University
St. George's University
University of Southampton
University College Dublin
University of Stirling
University of Essex
University of East Anglia (UEA)

The event provided a vibrant platform for students to explore global higher education opportunities, learn about international collaborations, and gain insights into evolving career pathways. Students engaged in meaningful one-on-one interactions with university representatives, receiving guidance on admissions, academic programs, scholarships, visa processes, and post-study career prospects.

The fest witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all branches and highlighted the growing interest in global academic exposure. MAIT also expressed its intent to explore
potential Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with participating universities to foster academic exchange and collaborative research opportunities.

The Taekwondo Championship was an exciting and action-packed sporting event that celebrated strength, discipline, and teamwork. Held at Nangli Sakrawati, Delhi – 110043, the championship brought together skilled participants from various institutions to compete at a national level.Representing Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT), a talented team of students displayed exceptional performance, sportsmanship, and coordination throughout the championship.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering,MAIT at Mait Delhi successfully hosted Pitch Your Idea Summit 3.0 on 3rd November 2025. The event brought together more than 80 enthusiastic students who presented their innovative ideas before a distinguished panel of investors and mentors.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the MAIT leadership – Dr. Nand Kishore Garg, Founder Chairman, MATES; Sh. Vineet Kumar Lohia, Chairman, MATES; Sh. T.R. Garg, General Secretary, MATES; Dr. Subodh Jindal, Advisor, MATES; Prof. (Dr.) J. V. Desai, Director General, MAIT; Prof. Neelam Sharma, Director, MAIT; Prof. Satvir Deswal, Dean, MAIT; and Prof. (Dr.) Sachin Gupta, Dean (R&I), MAIT – for their constant motivation and encouragement.

Their participation added immense value to the competition by providing critical feedback and exploring potential investment opportunities with the students.
The winners of the competition were Team Code Blooded (Priyanshu Das and Aayush Grover), who secured the first position; Team Generations (Tanishq Sethi), who bagged the second position; and Team Sellersmaze (Piyush Bhalla and Sarthak Kohli), who achieved the third position. The event successfully showcased the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial potential of MAIT students, further fostering the vision of building smart and sustainable cities.
