Renowned singer and proud DLCSUPVA alumnus Masoom Sharma handed over a cheque of ₹5 lakh to Dr. Amit Arya, Vice-Chancellor of Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts, to support financially needy students in continuing their education.

Masoom Sharma, an alumnus of SUPVA’s Acting and Mass Communication programmes, shared that students facing financial difficulties should not be deprived of education and alumni must contribute towards the institution that shaped their journey.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya appreciated the gesture and encouraged other alumni to come forward and support the university and its students.

We were privileged to welcome Ar. Ravinder Kumar Kakar (Ex. Chief Architect, CPWD) as our esteemed External Juror. Bringing decades of high-level government and academic advisory expertise, his industry insights provided invaluable guidance to our budding architects.

The B.Arch 2nd-year students recently wrapped up their Final External Jury for Graphics-IV, and it was an incredible learning experience!

We were honoured to host eminent architect Khurram Ali, whose insights and feedback gave our students valuable guidance. The jury went beyond grading, sparking a deeper understanding of graphical representations and architectural design expression. Special emphasis on enhancing presentation quality.
Deep dives into watercolour rendering, pencil colour applications, and dynamic pen sketching methods for perspective views. A huge thank you to Ar. Khurram Ali for an interaction that was highly informative, inspiring, and deeply beneficial for our students’ academic and creative growth!
