Department of Electronics Engineering – Industrial Visit 2026
The Department of Electronics Engineering, P. V. Polytechnic, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, organized an Industrial Educational Excursion to Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar from 5–8 March 2026 for Diploma in Electronics students.
Students visited DIPEX 2026 Exhibition, where they explored innovative projects, new technologies, and emerging trends in engineering and electronics. The visit also included an Industrial Visit to Indo-German Tool Room, providing students with exposure to CNC machining, tool design, automation systems, and industrial manufacturing practices.
The excursion also included educational visits to Panchakki and Bibi Ka Maqbara, enriching students with insights into traditional engineering techniques and historical architecture.
The visit was organized to strengthen experiential learning and industry exposure, helping students relate their academic subjects such as Control Systems, Engineering Professional Practices, Community Engagement, and Major Project work with real-world applications.
The department thanks all participating students and faculty members for making the visit meaningful and successful.
