Media Scanner SMVITM is an initiative of Shree Shree Vishwa Vallabha Theertha Swamiji, the present pontiff of Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt.

The Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust is a wing of the Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt, one of the eight mutts at Udupi popularly known as Ashta Matas, established some eight hundred years ago by the renowned Hindu Saint Shree Madhwacharya. During the recent times, the Swamijis (Pontiffs) of these Mutts have turned their attention towards various social activities aimed at ensuring that all segments

of the society are empowered with skills to benefit from the fruits of progress. Though only 20 years of age Shree Vishwa Vallabha Theertha Swamiji has promoted SMVITM with a great sense of purpose as the Institute was the vision of his senior pontiff and mentor late Shree Vishottama Teertha Swamiji.
