While most big names in the film industry have chosen silence over the massive tree-cutting in Maharashtra’s Nashik, one voice has risen above the noise with rare courage — actor Sayaji Shinde. At a time when nearly 1,800 trees face the threat of being axed for development projects, Shinde has stepped forward to protect them, reminding society of the deep emotional and ecological bond humans share with nature.

ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ನಂತರ ಬರ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂದವನು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ತಡವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಅವಸರದವರಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅದಾಗಲೇ ಒಂದಿಬ್ಬರ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಪಂಪನ್ನು ಬಾವಿಯಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆತ್ತಿ ಸರ್ಜರಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅನುಮಾನ ಕಂಡ ಪಂಪ್ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಚಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದರೂ ನೀರಿನ ವೇಗ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನೇನು ಕಾರಣಗಳಿರಬಹುದೆಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದೆಲ್ಲ ತಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುವಂತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಮೇಲೆ, ನೋಡೋಣ ಅಂತ ಲೈನ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ! ನೀರು ಸಕತ್ತಾಗಿ ಬಂತು. ಆ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೆ flash ಆಯಿತು! ಹೋಯ್!ಹೌದಲ್ಲಾ,ನೀವು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ! ಅಂದಹಾಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಏರಿಯಾದ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ ಫಾರ್ಮರ್ ಬದಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮಾರೇರೆ!😁😁

ವಿಷಯ ಎಂದರೆ ಮಳೆಗಾಲದ ಮೊದಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಲೈನಿಗೆ ತಾಗುವ ಗೆಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಸವರಲು ಬರುವ ಲೈನ್ ಮ್ಯಾನುಗಳು ಕೆಲವೆಡೆ ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ವೈರುಗಳನ್ನು disconnect ಮಾಡಿ ಸವರುವಿಕೆ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತೆ ಜೋಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆಗ Phase-Neutral ಅಥವಾ Three Phase Lineಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ತಿತ್ತ ಆಗುವುದಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆ ಆದಾಗ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಿಚ್ಚ್ off ಇದ್ದರೂ ಶಾಕ್ ಹೊಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ತ್ರೀ ಫೇಸಿನ ಪಂಪುಗಳು ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಿಕ್ಕಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಬಹುದು. ಆಗ ನೀರಿನ ಪಂಪಿಂಗ್ ತುಂಬ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಅಷ್ಟೆ!
