Dr. Singh holds a B.E. in Marine Engineering from BITS Pilani, an MBA in Maritime Management, and a PG Diploma in Maritime Law from London. He has served in leadership roles at Invest India and the Indian Ports Association, where he spearheaded key national initiatives.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Abhijit Singh at as Professor – Maritime Business and Program Director - PGDM in Aviation and Maritime Business Administration.

Dr. Singh brings over two decades of leadership in maritime, logistics, and policy, with key roles at the PMO, NITI Aayog, and Indian Ports Association. He has played a pivotal role in shaping national strategies like Maritime India Vision 2030 and Vision India 2047, and is a recipient of the Digital India Award, UK Alumni Award, and an inductee of the Maritime Hall of Fame.

He holds a Ph.D. from UPES, India, an MBA from the University of Greenwich, UK, a PG degree in Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University, UK, and a B.Tech. in Marine Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. His global exposure across 10+ countries brings international best practices to our academic ecosystem.

Sravya holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University and is a CA (Inter) professional from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India of India(ICAI), bringing strong financial and analytical depth to the role.

With close to five years of professional experience, Sravya has supported global finance operations at CLOUDIT Automation & Accounting Services and honed her skills in audit and compliance during her tenure at KSP Raju & Associates. Her expertise in financial processes and operational strategy will support the continued growth of the Business Analytics PGDM program at IITDM Vizag.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Centre for Drone & Aviation Management (C-DAM) at International Institute of Technology, Design and Management Visakhapatnam (IITDM Vizag) an AICTE-approved autonomous business school and a proud member of AACSB and AMBA-BGA.

C-DAM is envisioned as a Centre of Excellence advancing education, research, and innovation in drone and aviation management. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Manish Godse, Ph.D. at as Professor and Area Chairperson – Business Analytics, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in the IT industry and two decades of expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

He holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Dr. Godse has led the development of AI-powered solutions across sectors such as banking, manufacturing, education, and healthcare, and has held senior leadership roles at bizAmica, RamanByte, Infosys, and iKen Solutions.

As Area Chairperson – Business Analytics, he will provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the Business Analytics domain at IITDM Vizag. She holds an MSc in International Marketing from University of Northampton, UK and Ph.D. in Management from Christ University, Bangalore. Prof. Khirbat has developed and delivered impactful programmes in Branding, Digital Marketing, International Business Strategy and Marketing Management.
