GenAI changed what's scarce.
Information is everywhere. What's rare is judgment, the skill to verify AI, and the speed to adopt new tech.
Harvard rebuilt one course around AI and found it changed everything: what's taught, how it's taught, how it's assessed. Three rebuilds so far.
IESE went all in. From Sept 2026, AI runs through 18 first-year MBA courses.
Yet only 9 of 166 AI courses at 20 leading MBA programs sit in the required core. Most schools are adding electives, not redesigning.
💡 The shift is from knowing to judging, designing and deciding.
AI can't be bolted on. It has to be built in.
