🚀 Inspiring Ideas. Creating Impact.
Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering organized an engaging Activity-Based Workshop on Entrepreneurship, featuring an interactive and motivational session by Mr. Suresh Kumar Kollimalla of Ratan Tata Innovation Hub.
The workshop introduced students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, customer needs, target audiences, branding, pricing, digital marketing, product promotion, sales strategies, and adapting to changing market trends. Through practical examples, discussions, and interactive activities, students were encouraged to think creatively, build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and embrace an entrepreneurial mindset.
The session inspired students to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, transform innovative ideas into impactful ventures, and explore entrepreneurship as a rewarding career path.

🚀 ‘Women Who Master 2026’ Hackathon | Empowering Women Through Innovation

A remarkable day of innovation, technology and collaboration unfolded at Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering (Autonomous), Visakhapatnam, as the college hosted the Visakhapatnam South Zone round of the ‘Women Who Master 2026’, a national-level women-only hackathon.

Organised by Aspire For Her in collaboration with Logitech and Prajna Resources Private Limited, the hackathon brought together enthusiastic young women to explore Artificial Intelligence, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship and develop solutions to real-world challenges.

🎓 Strengthening Communication, Empowering Educators!

The Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities, in collaboration with the Skill Development Cell (SDC) of Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering, successfully organized a Five-Day Faculty Training Program on Communication Skills & English Proficiency from 20th–25th July 2026. The program provided faculty members with practical insights into effective communication, grammar, vocabulary enhancement, professional writing, pronunciation, and fluency through engaging sessions, role plays, group discussions, quizzes, and interactive learning activities.

The institution sincerely thanks the distinguished resource persons Prof. V. Radha Devi, Dr. K. Kishore Varma, and Mr. G. Srinivas Kumar for their valuable guidance and expertise. The valedictory ceremony, graced by Principal Prof. D. Deepak Chowdary, concluded with the distribution of certificates to the resource persons and participants, reaffirming the college's commitment to continuous faculty development and academic excellence.
