🎓✨ Induction & Orientation Program 2026 | JCET Yavatmal ✨🎓
Jagdambha College of Engineering & Technology, Yavatmal warmly welcomed the First-Year B.Tech. students through an inspiring Induction & Orientation Program, marking the beginning of their exciting engineering journey. 🚀
The program commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting in the presence of Hon’ble Dr. Sh*tal Watile Sir, Secretary, Jagdambha Bahuuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha, and Mrs. Madhuri Vijay Kawalkar Ma’am, Chief Guest. The event was also graced by Principal Dr. Pravin Dakhole Sir, Vice Principal Dr. Vijay Bhambhere Sir, First Year In-charge Prof. Pratik Rathod Sir, Dean Academics Dr. Megha Wasu Ma’am, and faculty members.
The presence of Mr. Herwaj Gupta Sir, Mr. Milan Mahajan Sir & Mr. Shrikant Dole Sir, Directors & Founders, Inceptionworks Pvt. Ltd., Pune, added valuable industry-oriented insights for our budding engineers.

🚀💡 Smart India Hackathon 2026 – Internal Hackathon Successfully Concluded at JCOET, Yavatmal! 💡🚀
🎯 Innovation • Technology • Problem Solving • Future Skills
📍 Jagdambha College of Engineering & Technology, Yavatmal successfully hosted the Internal Hackathon under Smart India Hackathon 2026 on 15th September 2026, organized by the Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.
💻 With an enthusiastic participation of 70 student teams, participants showcased innovative solutions using AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Computer System Development & Automation Technologies.
🏆 50 outstanding teams will be shortlisted, with 45 teams progressing to the next selection process and 5 teams placed on the waiting list.
✨ The event provided students with a platform to transform ideas into practical solutions and strengthen their readiness for national-level challenges.
🌟 Special presence of Mr. Vijay Ashok Chirde, CEO & Director, FixHome Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Shreyash Borkar, Burns & McDonnell, Bengaluru, added valuable industry insights to the event.
👏 The initiative was coordinated by Prof. Ashish V. Mahalle, with dedicated support from student coordinators Soham Thakare, Ishwari Dambhe, Chaitanya R. Deshpande, Vedika Savarkar, Adarsh Bhankhede, Ayush Wade, Jay Jadhav & Abhishek Patil.

The Ganesh Sthapana Ceremony was celebrated with great devotion, enthusiasm, and spiritual fervour at Jagdambha College of Engineering & Technology, Yavatmal on 14th September 2026.
The auspicious ceremony began with the traditional installation and worship of Lord Ganesha, performed by the Hon’ble Secretary of the Institution, Dr. Sh*tal A. Watile Sir. Faculty members, staff, and students came together with immense enthusiasm and devotion to seek the blessings of Vighnaharta Shri Ganesh.

All participating teams are hereby informed that the Internal Hackathon for Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026 will be conducted on 15 September 2026 from 11:30 AM onwards at Jagadambha College of Engineering & Technology, Yavatmal.

📌 Important: The PPT submission deadline is 12 September 2026. All teams must submit their final presentation (PPT) on or before the deadline.

🌸 The programme began with Saraswati Pujan and inauguration, followed by an insightful address by Principal Dr. Vijay Bhambare Sir, highlighting the importance of AI, Project Management and Aptitude skills for career growth.
