MUR (Ministry of University and Research) has approved the project “Per l’internazionalizzazione del sistema universitario: lingua e cultura italiana ed europea in ambiente digitale”, designed by the ICoN Inter-University Consortium with which University of Tor Vergata is a member since its foundation. The project is aimed at promoting the internationalization of the Italian university system.
The project consists of 3 online courses, one for each level of Italian language skill: Elementary Course (Aimed at A1 – A2 levels students), Intermediate Course (Aimed at B1 levels students), Advanced Course (Aimed at B2 levels students).
Each course is divided into 5 auto-consistent educational paths that argues different topics: Living and studying in Italy, and four courses on disciplinary contents.
All three courses can be used in two modalities: Self-study mode (students do didactic activities with automatic correction), or Tutoring (in addition to the automatic correction, students have the possibility to do open-corrected activities which are corrected by a tutor).
The beneficiaries of the courses are international students who intend to attend degree courses at an Italian university, or who have just enrolled, and Italian students from foreign universities.
Deadline to submit the application is 25 June 2024.
In order to apply, send an email to [email protected] by indicating as follows: name, surname, nationality, course of study (degree, master’s degree, doctorate, etc.), faculty, email, level of Italian language skill according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (find attached the self-assessment attached form).
Maximum number of classrooms per course: 2
Maximum number of students per class: 20
In case of a higher number of submissions, priority will be given to the highest levels of the Italian language skill.
Start of the courses scheduled for 1st of July 2024 with end scheduled for 30 September 2024.
