Hello, we are AIU Kanto Team!

Akita Kanto Festival was held from August 3rd to 6th. We, AIU Kanto Team, performed in front of many spectators at that festival to express the beauty of Kanto.

This year, our representative Hayashi team won the first prize at Myogikai under the category of Owaka Hayashikata, which was the thing that anyone in the AIU Kanto team had ever achieved before.

The road to Kanto festival was truly long; we encountered a lot of obstacles and struggled to overcome them. Without the support from the people surrounding our Kanto team, it was impossible to show our best performance throughout the 4 days of the festival. We are really grateful to all of you.

We will continue cherishing such a beautiful, important cultural property of Akita, pass it down to the next generation, and share our passion and happiness to all of you through our performance.

Again, thank you very much for your warm support to our team!
