【香港の大学生の来日をサポートいただける学生ボランティアさんを募集しています！】
We are looking for Japanese student volunteers to support Hong Kong′s university students coming to Japan.

当協会では、香港の嶺南大学と都会大学の学生さんが日本企業のインターンシップに参加するプログラムを実施しています。
香港は、国民の43％が「親日」と言われており、日本の農水産物の約25％を輸入しているほど日本と馴染み深い関係があります。
そんな香港の大学生が来日される際に、一緒に留学生をサポートしていただける日本人学生さんを募集しています。

◆学生ボランティアさんの活動期間：
2023年6月下旬～8月中旬

◆主な役割：
来日する香港の大学生が、インターンシッププログラムへ円滑に参加できるようにサポートします。
香港人留学生4～5名につき、日本人学生1名のグループ体制となります。

◆活動内容（以下活動の想定時間　最大40時間）：
学生ボランティアさん向けオリエンテーションの参加、
来日前の留学生との連絡のやり取り、
7月3日(月)の留学生到着時の空港から宿泊先までの移動サポート、
留学生向けオリエンテーション・Welcome Partyへの参加とサポート、
留学生滞在期間中の困りごとサポート(最低週1回の連絡対応)、
留学生向けのフィールドトリップ(2回)・日本文化体験ツアーへの参加
　　※すべての活動に参加が難しい場合は、別途ご相談下さい。
　　※あくまでも学業を優先としてご参加下さい。

この活動を通じて、海外の友達を作る・英語を話す・企業との交流などといった機会があり、学生ボランティアさんとしての経験も得られる活動になっています。

当協会では、毎年海外での事業展開や海外からの人材活用などをテーマとしたインターンシップを主催しております。
今年は下記の通りプログラムを実施予定となっております。

募集対象：日本国内に主な事業所を有する企業

募集企業数：最大5社

募集期間：2023年1月16日(月)～2月28日(火)

インターン対象者：
　香港嶺南大学、香港都会大学の大学生それぞれ15名

インターンシップ期間：
　◆香港嶺南大学(対面)
　　　7/31(月) ～ 8/25(金)　9時～17時(日本時間)　
　◆香港都会大学（オンライン）
　　　7/14(金) ～ 7/28(金)　 13時～17時(日本時間)

企業の応募必須要件：
　本事業の趣旨に賛同し、具体的な課題に対してインターンと共に協働できること

We host the internship program with the theme of overseas business development and utilization of human resources from overseas.
This year’s program overview is following.

Application period:
　　16th Jan to 28th Feb
Internship Participants:
　　each 15 students from Lingnan University of Hong Kong
　　 and Hong Kong Metropolitan University
Internship period:
　Lingnan University (-city, Japan) 31st July – 25th Aug
Metropolitan University () 14th July – 28th July

One of the internship host companies, Crown Bakery, located in Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu, operates the popular MIGNON croissant store in Hakata Station and also has a store in Hong Kong.

Students from Hong Kong Metropolitan University had a virtual tour of the bakery's factory online.
It was helpful for them to know how the products are made to develop their strategy in Hong Kong.

One of the host companies, Pietro, is a manufacturer and distributor of salad dressings, pasta sauces, and other products, that also runs a popular chain of restaurants.

This is a global Instagram account that started as a marketing initiative created by students at Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

This program, for several universities in Hong Kong, is an online internship program at Kyushu companies that are expanding globally.
We have been preparing for this program since April, and the internship finally started this month.

After thorough preparation with Japanese language classes, Japanese business etiquette lessons, and training seminars in project management, the internship at a company will begin.

On April 14th, the program information session was held for Hong Kong Metropolitan University students.
ㅤㅤㅤ
Program Director, Kyungmi Choi (KW SPREADING) and coordinator, Akiko Fish gave an overview of the program and interviewed 2 students who participated last year.
ㅤㅤㅤ
"I had no knowledge of marketing, but this two-week program gave me more experience than I expected."

4/8 Global Online Internship Information Session for Japanese Students
