About Seminar News

Seminar News members are students in my seminar class at Sapporo University. Many of the articles are also published in the Youth Forum News, which is published twice a year in a paper version. This blog is updated only a few times a year due to the semester schedule.

​Students usually write out their first draft in Japanese and then translate it as best they can into English.

We use the process writing technique for all articles. It usually takes anywhere from three to five drafts before the English copy is approved. Then they have translate the revised version again into Japanese. The Japanese copy is checked by our native Japanese professors.
