This idea came to me when I searched online for “sign” but accidentally left out “language,” and got results for signs—boards, posters, signage, etc. 😜

Here are some very silly ideas that to make our deafness visible. :P

tbh, I’m tempted to make DE AF2 shirts… should I?

These ideas came to me since I don’t have hearing aids / cochlear implants. (Even for those who do, sometimes it’s hidden or hard to see) People constantly assume that we all are hearing or abled bodied. Even though I make this as a joke, there are days when I’m tempted to plaster ‘DEAF’ all over me to avoid being at greater risk of getting hit from behind by fast cyclists, scooters, or motorbikes. 🙃

For more than 25 years of my life, I lived with a total of 7 cats. That’s 77% of my life. I studied them carefully. I tried valiantly to capture their perfection in my drawings. It’s impossible. I’ve come to understand one thing: Cats are beyond our understanding.

In ASL, the sign for “what” looks like you’re fingerspelling “dodo,” so it became our shorthand for “What are you doing?”

Happy (belated) Pride month! This is something that has been on my mind for awhile. I just happen to like certain things that society perceives as ‘feminine’ and I am AFAB. So I noticed people calling me ‘she’ more than before. Some even thought I detransitioned back to being a female. Nope. I am still nonbinary, still trans, and still q***r af. ;)

How to be 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive when calling someone b—, featuring me and my brother. I’m lucky to have him in my corner. And- it’s a special time for him! He just got married! Whoo!
