We are incredibly proud of our Karatina University students who started a transformative five-day event from 11th to 15th October, 2026 held at the Radix Hotel, Karen, funded by DAAD and led by Prof. Kellen Kiambati and Prof. Lucy Ndegwa. As one of the ten universities in the ACCESS 2.0 consortium, Karatina University worked with students from other partner institutions to champion this year's theme, "Innovate for Impact: Sustaining Kenyan MsMEs through SDG 9."

Throughout the bootcamp, our students will immerse themselves in a rich programme designed to sharpen their entrepreneurial acumen. Our students are doing more than just attend; they are actively presenting innovative business ideas including pitch practice and pitch craft. Their participation underscores Karatina University's unwavering commitment to research excellence and to nurturing the next generation of innovators who will drive sustainable development in Kenya. Congratulations to our students for representing KarU with distinction and for proving that innovation truly is the key to impact!
