Yesterday's Gents Talk was a powerful and transformative session themed "Breaking the Silence: Men's Mental Health Matters."

For too long, many men have carried their struggles in silence. Yesterday, that silence was broken.

Men were guided.
Men were advised.
Men were mentored.
Most importantly, men spoke up.

The session provided a safe space for honest conversations, personal reflection, and meaningful discussions on mental wellness, emotional resilience, and the importance of seeking support when needed.

Strength is not found in silence,it is found in having the courage to speak, seek help, and support one another.

We celebrate every gentleman who participated, shared their experiences, listened, learned, and took a step toward becoming a healthier and stronger version of themselves.

Together, we continue to break the stigma and create a culture where every man knows that his mental health matters.

Today's chapel service was a beautiful reminder of the greatest gift ever given to humanity,the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.

We were privileged to be blessed by a powerful sermon from Dr. Titus Mwanthi, who shared profound insights on God's unconditional love and how it transforms lives, brings hope, and gives us purpose.

The message challenged us to reflect on Christ's love, extend that love to others, and live lives marked by compassion, kindness, and faith.

In a world filled with challenges, the love of Jesus remains constant,a source of strength, peace, and assurance for all who believe.

June is recognized globally as Men's Mental Health Awareness Month,a time dedicated to encouraging conversations, raising awareness, and supporting the mental well-being of men and boys.

In line with this important cause, Uzuri Institute – Machakos Campus invites you to join us on 18th June 2026 from 12:30 PM for an insightful and empowering Gents Talk session under the theme:

Yesterday's chapel service was truly one of a kind!

We were blessed by an inspiring message from Pastor George Sule on the theme "Uniqueness." The powerful sermon reminded us that each one of us is uniquely created with a purpose, special gifts, and the potential to make a meaningful impact in the world.

In a world where many strive to fit in, we were encouraged to embrace our individuality, celebrate our strengths, and confidently walk in our God-given purpose.

Yesterday's Ladies Talk, themed "She Leads", was a powerful celebration of leadership, confidence, and the incredible potential of women.

Bringing together our female students and staff, the session created a space for meaningful conversations, inspiration, mentorship, and empowerment. From sharing experiences to discussing leadership opportunities and personal growth, every moment reminded us that leadership begins with believing in yourself.
