Nkabune Technical Training Institute is a Government institution located in Meru county four kilometers from Meru town, The institute offers technical, industrial, vocational and entrepreneurship training aimed at producing skilled manpower that fit in the dynamic Kenyan economy and the world at large.
As an institute, we have a vision of being a center of excellence in offering technical, industrial, vocational and entrepreneurship training. We therefore, invite prospective student to join this institute for training in various courses.
The institute got ISO 9001:2008 certified in January 2011 and later in July 2017 got ISO 9001:2015 certification through concerted efforts from the Board of Management, teachers and support staff. ISO Certification has led to the continual improvement in the implementation of Quality Management System and offer of better Quality Services.
We have continued to excel in academic as well as in co-curricular activities. In games, the institute was ranked position 1 in the region in 2018 ball games. During the same year, the institute was ranked position 1 in ICT and Food and Beverage at the national TVET fair and Robotics contest held in Kisumu Kenya.
