Rotaract Club of Bahari Mombasa We offer opportunities for leadership development,
service projects, networking, community involvement, social events and more. We are looking for you!

Rotaract is a unique international organisation for adults aged 18-30, offering a wide range of activities that will enable you to try something new, whilst having a great time and meeting others. It was founded in 1968 by Rotary International, an association of clubs made up of service minded business and professional leaders. Today, there are more than 9800 Rotary club-sponsored Rotaract clubs with some 223,629 members — known as Rotaractors — in over 178 countries. Clubs are either based in the community or in a university. Rotaract clubs enable Rotaractors to grow personally and professionally, address community needs, and promote international understanding through friendship and service. Be a Part of Rotaract! Yesterday, we had the privilege of visiting the Likoni Spinabifida & Hydrosyphelus Centre where we spent time with the children and community, creating a kitchen garden to promote sustainability, nutrition, and hope. 🌱💚

Beyond establishing the garden, we also took the opportunity to educate and empower the mothers and relatives of the children on how to maintain the project and sustain its benefits for the long term.

We believe that true impact is not only about giving—it is about empowering communities with the knowledge and tools to create lasting change. Together, we grow hope. Together, we create a better future. 🌍✨

We’re taking learning out of the classroom and into the garden.

This ```3rd October``` , we’re at Likoni Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Centre to learn, plant and grow together. Equipping mothers with practical kitchen gardening skills while installing two kitchen gardens and a nursery bed.

This day also marks the official launch of our Club Signature Project site, the beginning of a journey built around skills, sustainability and lasting impact.
