The core business of Sifa Bible Institute is rural and peri-urban missions in Africa. We understand that rural ministry is a challenge due to the many dimensions of poverty in such communities. Trained clergy with sufficient education, skills, technology and networks that are needed to bring the lasting change needed in such communities tend to concentrate on urban missions.

Our approach identifies and partners with those who are already doing ministry in rural and peri-urban communities. We work with them through our IMPACTS Strategy to strengthen Intercession, Medical Missions, Preaching, Agribusiness Development, Counseling, Training and Savings/Credit. These are key pillars that strengthen local sustainable livelihoods while presenting the Lord Jesus Christ where He is needed most.

Our Jesus March Campaign is a Short Term Missions plan that uses seminars and volunteers to equip local churches in our target areas through a partner church acting as host.

We will be focusing on Kenya and South Sudan in 2023. You can be part of our Short Missions Teams in 2023. You can intercede for us, donate money to send someone, volunteer if you have a skill to pass on and can raise your costs separately.
