WHY WILD ANIMALS DON'T USUALLY ATTACK SAFARI VEHICLES πŸ¦πŸš™

Have you ever wondered why you can drive very close to lions, elephants or buffalo without them attacking?

The simple answer is that wild animals usually see the game-drive vehicle as one big object, not as a group of people inside it.

Animals in game reserves are also used to seeing safari vehicles moving around.
They learn that these vehicles normally do not harm them, so they often continue with what they are doing.

That is why you can sometimes sit just metres away from a lion and it may simply look at you and carry on.

BUT REMEMBER:
These animals are still wild. They are not tame or friendly. If you get out of the vehicle, make sudden movements, make loud noises or make the animal feel threatened, the situation can change very quickly.

The vehicle is not a magic shield. Stay inside, stay calm and always listen to your guide.
