ក្រុម “Pencil of promise” បានចុះទៅជួប ប្អូនៗសិស្សនៅសាលាដូង នាថ្ងៃទី30 ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ2024 ទីតាំងនៅលើភ្នំគិរីរម្យ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ និង
បានធ្វើការចែកជូន នូវសំភារៈសិក្សាចំនួន60 កញ្ចប់ដល់ប្អូនៗដែលបានសិស្សានៅទីនោះ និងសៀវភៅជាច្រើន សរុបបាន3កេសបន្ថែម រួមមានសៀវភៅពុម្ភពីថ្នាក់ទី3 ដល់ទី12 និងសៀវភៅរឿងជាច្រើនទៀត ដែលបានមកពីការ បរិច្ចាគរបស់បងៗ តាមបណ្តាសង្គមអនឡាញនិងមិត្តភ័ក្តផ្សេងៗ🙏🏼។

សមាជិកក្រុម និងអ្នកស្ម្មគ្រជិក 4អ្នកទៀតបានចូលរួមជាសម្មភាពយ៉ាសកម្មដោយបង្កើតជាការលេងសួរសំណួរ ដើម្បីបង្កើតភាពសប្បាយរីករាយ និងជំរុញទឹកចិត្តប្អូនៗ ឲ្យមានភាពក្លាហាន ក្នុងការលើកដៃ, បញ្ចេញមតិ, និងការខិតខំរៀន។ ពួកយើងបានត្រៀមជារង្វាន់ដល់ពួកគាត់ 🥰 មិនថាលេងចាញ់ រឺឈ្នះក្តីសុទ្ធតែបានរង្វាន់ដូចគ្នា ព្រោះពួកគាត់ហ៊ានទទួលនូវអ្វីដែលគាត់បានធ្វើ។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ពួកយើងសមាជិក “Pencil of promise”ចង់ធ្វើការ ថ្លែងអំណរ និងអរគុណដល់លោក លោកស្រី អ្នកនាង កញ្ញា ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងការបរិច្ចាគជាលុយ និងសម្ភារៈសិក្សាផ្រ្សេងៗ មិនថាតិចរឺច្រើនក្តី ពិតជាមានន័យណាស់សម្រាប់ ពួកយើង និងសិស្សសាលាដូង។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ពួកយើង ក៏សុំអរគុណដល់ សាលាដូង និងលោកនាយក ដែលបានអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យពួកយើងអនុវត្តគម្រោងនេះឡើង ហើយថែមទាំងជួយឲ្យគម្រោងនេះមានភាពរលូន និងជោគជ័យ🙏🏼។ ពួកយើងមានតែម្រាមដៃដប់ សុំជូនពរ លោក លោកស្រី អ្នកនាង កញ្ញា និងលោកគ្រូ ព្រមទាំងគ្រួសារ ជួបតែរឿងល្អ, សុខភាពល្អ, សំណាងល្អ, និងអាយុវែង🙏🏼🙏🏼។

On 30 June 2024, “Pencil of Promise” team members had visited student at Coconut school. This school is located on the Kirirom Mountain, KomPong speu Province.
We were honored to be able to provide 60 packages of school supplies for the children at Coconut School; along with the school supplies, there are 3 other boxes of Books from grade 3 to grade 12 and numerous story books from all of our funders and donors🥰.
Pencil of Promise team members and the other 4volunteers also enthusiastically conducted some educational and fun activities with all of the students to encourage them to be brave in sharing their ideas and to study harder. As a reward, we provided them with gifts and snacks for both the winner and loser as an encouragement for their engagement and honesty🥰.
Finally, we “Pencil of Promise” team want to express our sincere gratitude to all of the funder and donors for all of your contributions. Most importantly, the Coconut school director who had been so helpful to us since the day we proposed to him. He was also the main reason that allowed our conduction to be seamless🙏🏼. Last but not least, we want to express our sincere and we are so thankful for all of your participation. May your day be filled with joy, positivity, and numerous reasons to smile🙏

What is Coconut school? Why should we donate to Coconut school? Where will all of the donation go to?

What is Coconut school?🫣
“សាលាដូង ភ្នំគីរីរម្យ កំពង់ស្ពឺ Kirirom Coconut School In Kom Pong Speu” was created by Mr. Ouk VanDay-អ៊ុក វណ្ណដេ who is also a director of Coconut school since 2011. This school was initially located in Kosh Dach in 2011 but then moved to Kirirom Mountain in 2016 until now. Coconut school or Ptas Somram has been putting a lot of effort in educating children who can not efforts studying, mainly because they are the main reason that can make the society better and no rubbish disposal. Coconut school has provided variety of classes for their students such as English, computer, and others essential subjects without needed to pay any school fee. However, Mr. Ouk Vanday only has one request for his student which they need to collect 200-300caps (depend) of plastic bottle. For this Mr. Ouk Vanday want them to understand how essential they( plastic) are and at the same time want to clean the environment as well.

Why should we donate to Coconut school?
It is absolutely essential to donate to Coconut school because it is as if you are giving a chance to all of the unaffordable student at Coconut school but also cultivate the mindset of the next generation to reduce littering and realize the benefits of litter. Due to the role model of Mr. Ouk Vanday’s creation in transforming those rubbish to building the school wall and other decoration. Not only that, your support is also a stepping stone to encourage children who want to study but do not have the ability to, especially on Mount Kirirom.

Where will all of the donation go to?
All your donated materials will be brought directly to the school, while the donated money will be used to buy school supplies and other items for the students, while a portion of the money will be used to support the school directly. This school is mainly for educating and are designed to impart information, skills, and understanding to those unaffordable students.

And these activities are able to process successfully because of your awareness as a reader and social media user. “If not starting now, then how long will the children needs to wait further in order to get the education and the school that allows them can further upgrading?” Your encouragement and financial contributions would be greatly beneficial in supporting these educational endeavors. Let’s donate to chidlren at “Coconut School”🙏🏼

“Coconut school” was created since 2016 by Mr. Ouk Vanday purposely for helping unaffordable children on Kirirom Mountain to access to education. Children are not only able to join the school without paying any school fee but also were given study material for free as well. “Coconut School” were made mostly from Rubbish and Plastic, that are lied everywhere around Kirirom Mountain, mainly for recycling and environmental purpose. Beside from external donor supports, the school was solely reliant on the donation fund and the hard work of Mr. Ouk Vanday to help those 50students continuing their studies🙏🏼. This is the reason, we “Pencil of promise” want to help those children as well. You all too can make a difference to those children by kindly donate with us. Did you know...?

In Cambodia, the issue of lack of education has been improving; however, based on the research we did, there is still a lack of education, especially in the rural areas.

Therefore, our team decided to come up with this project. Our vision is to make an impact on the education system in Cambodia. And you can do it as well by supporting and donating either in cash or in-kind for the children who need financial support and study materials.
