nd productively. Vision: LIRA envisages to build tomorrow young leaders with credibilities, ethics and morality. Mission: LIRA seeks to develop capacities of young generation in politics, economics, and social nationally, regionally, and internationally. Objective (s): LIRA builds and develops capacities and credibilities of young generations through public lectures, panel discussions, roundtable discussions, seminars, workshops, conferences, training, and research.
