දැයේ දරුවන්ගේ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ නිපුණතාව වැඩි දියුණු කිරීමේ අරමුණින් IMBS හරිත සරසවිය මගින් ක්රියාත්මක කරන "ශිල්ප සවිය" සමාජ සත්කාරක වැඩසටහන යටතේ කුරුණෑගල ඉබ්බාගමුව ගස්සන්දළුපොත මහා විද්යාලයේ ඉදිකරන ලද නව පරිගණක විද්යාගාරය IMBS හරිත සරසවියේ ගරු සභාපති මහාචාර්ය සරත් අමුණුගම මැතිතුමා විසින් 2026 ජනවාරි 09 වන දින සිසු අයිතියට පත් කරන ලදී.

මෙම අවස්ථාවට ,IMBS හරිත සරසවියේ අධ්යක්ෂ ගෝඨාභය ජයරත්න, අධ්යයන මණ්ඩල ප්රධානි ශාමිණී අත්තනායක, විදුහල්පති නිශාන්ත කුලතුංග IMBS හරිත සරසවියේ සාමාන්යාධිකාරී ප්රසන්න පෙරේරා හා අධ්යයන ප්රධානි හසිනි ජයවීර යන මහත්ම මහත්මීන් සම්බන්ධ විය.

මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය සදහා රු. ලක්ශ 15 ක මුදලක් වැයකෙරුණ අතර නව පරිගණක විද්යාගාරය තුල එකවර සිසුන් 20 දෙනෙකුට එකවර පරිගණක අධ්යාපනය ලැබීමේ හැකියාව පවති.

Under the Shilpa Saviya social service programme implemented by IMBS Green Campus with the objective of enhancing ICT skills among schoolchildren, the newly constructed computer laboratory at Gassandalupotha Maha Vidyalaya, Ibbagamuwa, Kurunegala was ceremonially inaugurated on 09 January 2026. The inauguration was conducted by the Hon. Chairman of IMBS Green Campus, Senior Professor Sarath Amunugama.
The event was attended by Mr. Gotabhaya Jayaratne (Director), Ms. Shamini Attanayake (Head of the Academic Board), Mr. Nishantha Kulatunga (Principal), Mr. Prasanna Perera (General Manager – IMBS Green Campus), and Ms. Hasini Jayaweera (Head of Academics).
An investment of LKR 1.5 million was made for this initiative. The newly established computer laboratory has the capacity to accommodate 20 students at a time, providing access to quality computer education and strengthening digital literacy among students.
