The Department of Logistics and Transport at the faculty of management has secured itself a good reputation in classroom studies and research as well as in training in the field of logistics and the management of international transportation. The Department is nationally renowned centre within its own field. Education and research programmes are designed to develop graduates and postgraduates with

knowledge and skills required to launch a career in the transportation and logistics sector. Undergraduate students spend one year ( the final year of the degree program ) gathering wok experience in an organization involved with transport and logistics operations that might be an airline, freight forwarder, courier service provider, shipping company, warehouse or related logistics provider. Thus, the aim of the Department is to produce well-educated and fully trained professionals capable to contributing well to ever so rapidly growing demand at home and abroad for professionals in the logistics and international transportation management.

The Annual logisticians gathering organized by ITML batch 12 of the CINEC Campus, EUPHORIA'19 will be held on the 29th Friday of November 2019 at Grand Ballroom of Opulent River Face Hotel, Rajagiriya from 6.30pm onwards.

The event will feature a visiting DJ, a photo booth, raffle draw with valuable prizes and many more.

Raffle draw prizes are,
1st place - Bluetooth speaker
2nd place - Bluetooth headphone
3rd place - High capacity flash drive

Tickets will be pre-sold and priced at 2500 LKR. It may also be bought upon entrance given that you inform us prior to the event, as we need to take a headcount to inform the hotel staff.

"C Blue Training Program" 🇱🇰🇨🇳 was successfully held for two weeks based on Beijing, Dalian and Shenzhen in China.
The program is organized by China Merchants Charitable Foundation (CMCF) and China Merchants Port Group Company Limited in relation to Belt and Road Investment Initiative.
Much grateful to Hambanthota International Port Group (HIPG) for opening up this valuable opportunity for Sri Lankan university students.
