We are delighted to share the success of the Final Year Construction Research Poster Presentation, successfully held at SLIIT premises.

The session provided our final-year students with a valuable platform to present their ongoing research projects, exchange ideas, and receive constructive feedback from academics and industry professionals. It was a great opportunity for students to further strengthen their research methodologies, literature reviews, and overall project development.

The SLIIT, RICS Student Engagement Session on 25th March 2026 was a great success offering SLIIT Quantity Surveying students valuable insights into career pathways, professional qualifications, and global opportunities in Quantity Surveying and the construction industry.

We were privileged to have Prof. Chitra Weddikkara (FRICS) deliver an inspiring keynote, with valuable contributions from Mr. Hemantha Bandara (MRICS).

Special thanks to Ms. Aarti Anthony and the RICS India team for sharing guidance on international opportunities.
