✨ Project "SPARK'26" | Leadership Development Program 🌟

Leaders are not born. They are inspired, challenged, and empowered.

The 3rd Year Undergraduates of the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, are proud to announce the successful completion of SPARK'26, a Leadership Development Program designed to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Through engaging leadership games, personal grooming sessions, and networking opportunities, participants strengthened their leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while building lasting friendships and unforgettable memories.

Every child deserves access to a healthy and supportive learning environment. 💚

Driven by this vision, the Healthy Future Initiative Project was organized by the 3rd Year Undergraduates of the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management and Finance.

Through this initiative, we established a Health Promotional Unit for the school by providing essential health facilities and equipment, including the resources needed to support students' health and well being. More than just creating a space, we aimed to promote health awareness and encourage a healthier lifestyle among the next generation.

Together, we are investing in healthier schools, stronger communities, and a brighter future one child at a time. 🌱✨

ICT කාමරය සහ නර්තන කාමරය
ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණය කර පාසල වෙත භාරදීමට හැකි වීම ගැන අපි ආඩම්බර වෙනවා.

සිසුන්ට ආරක්ෂිත, පිරිසිදු, සහ ආශ්වාදජනක ඉගෙනුම් අවකාශයක් ලබා දීම තමයි අපේ උත්සාහය වුනේ.

වර්ණ ගැන්වූයේ බිත්ති පමණක් නොව, පුංචි ජීවිතවලට බලාපොරොත්තුත්...✨

රුහුණු විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ කළමනාකරණ හා මුල්‍ය පීඨයේ ව්‍යාපාර කළමනාකරණ අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ තෙවන වසර සිසුන් විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද Project Colours of Hope සමාජ සත්කාරක ව්‍යාපෘතිය යටතේ සර්වෝදය ළමා නිවාසය වර්ණ ගැන්වීම සාර්ථකව නිම කරන ලදී.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ අරමුණ වූයේ දරුවන්ට වඩාත් සතුටුදායක, ප්‍රසන්න හා ආදරණීය පරිසරයක් නිර්මාණය කර දීමයි. කුඩා වෙනසක් වුවද, එය ඔවුන්ගේ දෛනික ජීවිතයට සතුටක් හා බලාපොරොත්තුවක් එක් කරනු ඇතැයි අප විශ්වාස කරමු.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සාර්ථක කර ගැනීම සඳහා අපට මූල්‍යමය හා අනෙකුත් අයුරින් සහයෝගය ලබාදුන් සියලුම අනුග්‍රාහකයන්ට, සර්වෝදය ළමා නිවාසයේ කළමනාකාරිත්වයට සහ ව්‍යාපෘතිය සාර්ථක කර ගැනීමට දායක වූ සියලුම දෙනාට අපගේ හෘදයාංගම ස්තූතිය පුද කරමු. ❤️
