Field Practical Sessions
📅 Date: 7th & 8th August 2025
📍 Venue: Kandy Regional Center

We successfully conducted the field practical sessions of AGI3552 - Crop Production & Technology on the 7th & 8th of August 2025 at the Kandy Regional Center.

These practical sessions provided students with hands-on training in modern crop production practices, enhancing their knowledge and skills in sustainable agricultural technologies. The activities allowed participants to gain real-world insights and apply theoretical knowledge to practical field conditions.

🌿 AGI5274 – Fruit Crop and Cut Flower Production Lab 1
Field Visit to Fruit Crop Research & Development Center, Gannoruwa & Royal Botanical Garden, Peradeniya
📅 Date: 21st July 2025

We successfully conducted a valuable academic field visit as part of the AGI5274 – Fruit Crop and Cut Flower Production course on 21st July 2025. The visit included explorations of the Fruit Crop Research & Development Center, Gannoruwa and the Royal Botanical Garden, Peradeniya.

This visit provided students with practical exposure to fruit crop management techniques, research advancements, and floriculture diversity in Sri Lanka.
