Official Launch of Kathiresan Cricket Union
The Kathiresan Cricket Union (KCU) was officially inaugurated on 22nd February 2026 at 11.45 AM, marking a historic milestone in strengthening the cricketing tradition of the Kathiresan community.
The launching ceremony was held with the participation of the Principal (Chief Patron), distinguished past pupils, invited guests, sponsors, and Snr cricket Players.
The newly established Kathiresan Cricket Union aims to promote cricket among students and past pupils, encourage sportsmanship, and contribute to the long-term development of young cricketers. The Union will focus on organizing tournaments, supporting annual Big Matches, enhancing training programs, and building strong partnerships with well-wishers and sponsors.
During the ceremony, the official vision and objectives of the Union were presented, emphasizing unity, discipline, leadership, and excellence in sports.
The Executive Committee and office bearers were officially introduced and pledged their commitment to transparent administration and dedicated service to the cricket community.
The Kathiresan Cricket Union warmly invites all past pupils, supporters, and sponsors to join hands in developing a strong and united cricket platform for the future generation.
