Registration is now open for the two-day Outbound Training (OBT) Programme organized by the Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture (PGIA), which will be held on 4th and 5th September 2026.
This is more than an outdoor programme—it is an opportunity to step outside the classroom, challenge yourself, work with colleagues from different disciplines, and develop skills that matter in both professional and personal life.
Through experiential activities, teamwork, challenges, and reflection, the programme will provide opportunities to develop:
Leadership and teamwork
Decision-making and risk management
Creativity and innovation
Effective communication and conflict management
Multidisciplinary collaboration
Professional networking and interpersonal skills
As PGIA brings together students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, the OBT will also provide a valuable opportunity to get to know colleagues beyond your own discipline, build stronger connections, and learn from different perspectives.
