Celebrating Traditions at the Faculty of Computing, KDU! 🇱🇰✨

The spirit of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year came alive at the Faculty of Computing, KDU, as our staff gathered around a beautifully curated traditional party table! 🍯

The "Avurudu" table is more than just a spread of delicious treats; it is a symbol of our shared heritage, unity, and the sweet beginnings we envision for the academic year ahead.

From the iconic "Kavum" and crispy "Kokis" to the mandatory Kiri Bath and fresh bananas, the table was a vibrant reminder of the richness of our culture. It was heartening to see the Faculty family taking a moment to pause, connect, and share these flavors together. 🤝🍌

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this celebration a success. As we light the traditional oil lamp, we wish the entire KDU community a year filled with prosperity, innovation, and happiness!
