A Tribute to Henry Nana

Starz University mourns the loss of a distinguished educator, leader, and pillar of our institution, Henry Nana.

Seventeen years ago, Mr. Nana joined Starz University as a teacher, bringing with him a Master’s degree in Education and a deep commitment to service. Through dedication, discipline, and excellence, he rose through the ranks to become Dean, and eventually President of the University.
Throughout his years of service, Mr. Nana embodied the values of Starz University. He was steadfast, dependable, and deeply committed to the growth and success of the institution. His leadership, loyalty, and integrity helped shape the foundation upon which Starz continues to stand today.

Mr. Nana was not only a respected administrator but also a mentor and father figure to many within the Starz community. His humility, wisdom, and unwavering sense of duty earned him the admiration of colleagues, students, and leadership alike.
Starz University has lost one of its finest sons. His contributions will never be forgotten, and his legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.

The University is committed to honoring his life and ensuring that he is laid to rest with the dignity and respect he so richly deserves.

Starz University Hosts Vibrant Sports Day to Strengthen School Spirit

Monrovia, Liberia Today, Starz University successfully held its much-anticipated Sports Day, bringing together students, faculty, and staff in a celebration of unity, wellness, and school pride.
Following the completion of midterm examinations, the university intentionally set aside this time to allow students to relax, recharge, and engage in sporting and recreational activities designed to strengthen camaraderie and enhance the overall student experience.

With a growing student population now exceeding 3,000, Starz University continues to solidify its position as one of the largest and most dynamic institutions in the country. Known affectionately as “Starz Nation,” the university remains a top choice for young people seeking quality education, personal development, and a vibrant campus life.

The event was officially opened by the Chairman of the Board, who performed the ceremonial first kick symbolizing the university’s commitment to holistic education that balances academics with extracurricular engagement.
