ကချင်ဒေသ တက္ကသိုလ်/ကောလိပ်/သင်တန်းကျောင်း ကောင်စီများ၏
၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်း စာမေးပွဲရလဒ်နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့်
ပူးတွဲကြေညာချက်

၁။ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲသည် နိုင်ငံတော်အာဏာအား မတရားနည်းဖြင့် လုယူထားသော အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်ကောင်စီက ၎င်းတို့၏ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအာဏာ အသက်ဝင်မှုကို ဖော်ပြရန် ဟန်ပြသက်သက် ပြုလုပ်သည့် စာမေးပွဲမျှသာ ဖြစ်သည်။
၂။ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲ၏ အစဉ်အလာအရ မေးခွန်းထုတ်သည်မှအစ အောင်စာရင်းပြုလုပ်သည် အထိ လုပ်ငန်းအဆင့်ဆင့်ကို လုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရားဖြောင့်မတ်သည့် ပညာရှင်များဖြင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခဲ့ကြသော်လည်း ထိုကဲ့သို့ လုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရားကောင်းမွန်သည့် ပညာရှင်အများစုက အာဏာဖီဆန်ရေး (CDM) လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွင်ပါဝင်နေသောကြောင့် ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲ လုပ်ငန်းအဆင့်ဆင့်ကို လုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၊ ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရားနှင့် ကျင့်ဝတ် လိုက်နာမှုတို့၌ သံသယဖြစ်ဖွယ်ရာ ပြည်သူ့သစ္စာဖောက် အာဏာရှင်ထောက်တိုင် ဝန်ထမ်းဆိုးများဖြင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ၎င်းစာမေးပွဲရလဒ်အား ယုံကြည်လက်ခံဖွယ်ရာ မရှိပါ။
၃။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ အစိုးရအမည်ခံ တရားမဝင် စစ်ကောင်စီက စီစဉ်ကျင်းပသည့် ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်း စာမေးပွဲရလဒ်အား ကချင်ဒေသအတွင်းရှိ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာအဖွဲ့အစည်းအားလုံးက လုံးဝ အသိအမှတ်မပြု ကြောင်းနှင့် ၎င်း ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲရလဒ်ဖြင့် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့် လုံးဝ မပြုကြောင်း ပူးတွဲကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။

(၂) မြစ်ကြီးနား နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ် ယာယီတက္ကသိုလ်ကောင်စီ
(၃) ကြားကာလ တက္ကသိုလ်ကောင်စီ - မြစ်ကြီးနားကွန်ပျူတာတက္ကသိုလ်
(၄) မြစ်ကြီးနား ပညာရေးဒီဂရီကောလိပ် ကောင်စီ
(၅) ကချင်ပြည်နယ် သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွား သင်တန်းကျောင်းများ ယာယီကောင်စီ
(၆) စိုက်ပျိုးရေးသိပ္ပံ (မြစ်ကြီးနား) သင်တန်းကျောင်း ကောင်စီ

Joint Statement in Relation to the Result of Academic Year 2022 Matriculation Examination Issued by Interim Council of Universities, Colleges, and Training Schools in Kachin Region
Dated at 5th April, 2022
1. The Academic Year 2022 Matriculation Examination is nothing but merely an examination held by the unlawful, illegal military junta, that taken political power by means of an unconstitutional way, in attempting to depict its active administrative power over the state.
2. Formally, the procedure of holding a matriculation examination includes several important steps all of which used to be carefully carried out by skillful and morally reliable experts. In the absence of such skillful, righteous experts, who have joined civil disobedience movement (CDM), unskillful and morally questionable staff who are pillars of the military dictatorship are carrying out such important procedures. As a result, the integrity of the entire process of the academic year 2022 Matriculation Examination is seemingly unreliable and trustful.
3. For the above reasons, all the higher educational institutions in Kachin Region unanimously issued a joint statement announcing that all the higher educational institutions in Kachin Region absolutely derecognize the result of the academic year 2022 Matriculation Examination and will not accept the result of the academic year 2022 Matriculation Examination in the admission process.
