CUCEA ha creado el Programa de Aprendizaje de Lenguas Extranjeras (PALE). Las carreras que tendrán como obligatorio el inglés son Tecnologías de la información, Administración financiera y sistemas, Negocios internacionales, Relaciones Públicas y Comunicación; Turismo, además del inglés, incluye como opciones de una segunda lengua el japonés, italiano y francés. Por su parte Negocios Gastronómicos

PALE no solo imparte las materias mencionadas, también proporciona talleres a los estudiantes de diversas áreas quienes estén interesados en aprender otro idiomas, contamos con diversos talleres como Alemán, Chino, Japonés, Italiano, Ruso, Portugués, Francés entre otros, dependiendo la demanda de los mismos. PALE not only teaches the languages mentioned, but also provides workshops for students from different careers who are interested in learning another language. The workshops include languages such as German, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, French and even Spanish for foreigners. The amount of workshops we provide depend on the demand of the students of the university.
