1. Click the databases icon at UTAR library homepage after signing in with your UTAR ID.
2. Types of databases: There are three distinct options of databases
a. Subscribed: Databases that can be easily accessible at one's Utarians fingertips with no payment involve and it is usually for the long run.
b. Free access: Hidden trove of knowledge that are free to access for a certain period of time especially scholarly databases such as Elsevier, Mycite, Sage Publications, Science direct and many more!
c. Close access: Imprisoned knowledged cursed with the horror of the phantom. To access them, Utarians must pay a minimal amount of fee to access the phantom knowledge.
3. Browse by subject: Subject ranges from sciences, arts, linguistics, businesses, accounting and many more! A list will be provided where the initial of each subject will be highlighted inside yellowish boxes.
4. Use the search bar! : A worthy bar to hunt as UTARIANs can ease their access and save time by typing keywords or phrases to grab that phantom knowledge.
