𝐏𝐊𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐓 𝐊𝐄𝐌 𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐈, 𝐆𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐆, 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐊
Perak– A total of 30 students from the Kelab Pembimbing dan Kerjaya Siswa (PKS) took part in the PowerCamp held at Murni Camp, Gopeng, Perak. The programme also brought together international students from Indonesia and Cambodia, creating a diverse and engaging environment for students to connect, learn and build meaningful friendships across cultures.
Throughout the programme, participants took part in various group development activities, led by Muhammad Hidayatullah bin Zahari, President of the Facilitators Club. The activities focused on effective communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving, encouraging participants to collaborate, communicate and step out of their comfort zones.
The adventure continued with exciting outdoor activities, including an exploration of Gua Tempurung and approximately two hours of water tubing. These activities not only tested the participants’ physical and mental resilience but also encouraged courage, trust and mutual support among team members.
The participation of students from different countries added an exciting international dimension to the programme. Through shared challenges and activities, students had the opportunity to interact with one another, appreciate different cultures and strengthen friendships beyond geographical boundaries.
Overall, the participation of PKS students in PowerCamp provided a fun, challenging and enriching experience. The programme contributed to developing UPTM students who are more confident, resilient, adaptable and capable of working effectively in diverse teams.
PowerCamp was more than just an experience outside the classroom—it was a journey that strengthened confidence, leadership, teamwork and cross-cultural connections, creating memorable experiences that participants will carry with them beyond the camp.
