🎶 MCE 2026 Recap 🎤

Stepping onto the choir stage for the first time at Malaysian Choral Eisteddfod - MCE was a completely new experience for USM Jazz Band. ✨ Though comprised mostly of instrumentalists alongside a few VOV vocalists, countless practices and stepping outside our comfort zone brought us together as one. Competing against experienced choir teams made the journey unforgettable, and we are proud to bring home a Silver B Award 🥈 while growing together through music.

A heartfelt thank you to our instructor and conductor Azreen H Yakuza for the guidance, and to Dewan Budaya USM , Universiti Sains Malaysia & School of The Arts USM for the support. 🤍🎶

One journey, one stage, one unforgettable experience. ✨
