Greetings everyone

A lot might start asking questions such as why Brendan Simbwaye Primary School is regarded as the best and how we do it!

Well, our school is regarded as the best primary school because of its excellent teaching and supportive environment. Our teachers are dedicated and help every learner succeed.
We also have strong discipline and a safe, friendly atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. In addition, our school offers extra-curricular activities like sports and debates, cultural activities and more..

Another reason is that we have extra classes after school, where learners get more help and improve their understanding of subjects.

In conclusion
Because of our hardworking teachers, good results, and extra support through after-school classes, our school stands out as the best..

Brendan Simbwaye Primary School is still the best school.

On the 28th of February and 1st of March 2026, the Brendan Simbwaye Primay School CULTURAL group led by their cultural teacher
M'S SIKOPO KAUNGWE as well as well as the SCHOOL CHOIR lead by their choral teacher
MS CECILIA SIBALATANI, all under the HOD Ms Lyamine, participated in a regional competition that took place at Shuckmansburg.. Many schools from different areas attended the event to showcase their singing and dancing talents under differentcategories: Juniorprimary, Senior primary, junior secondary, senior category and adult category.. The competition was exciting and well organized.

Both cultural and choir members were well prepared and wore beautiful attires. The school choir sang songs with strong voices, good harmony, and confidence. THE CULTURAL GROUP dropped jaws with their outstanding performance. The audience and judges were very impressed by their performance.
After all the schools had performed, the judges announced the results. Our 2 perfoming teams were announced as the winner of the competition under the senior primary category.

Everyone was very happy and proud of the achievement.
The school principal, Ms Sandra Namukokoba congratulated both the cultural and choir participants and thanked the HOD, Ms Lyamine and the 2 lead teachers for the hard work and dedication. The learners also promised to continue working hard and representing the school well in future competitions.

The Brendan Simbwaye Primay School teachers and leaners were so shocked after learning about the passing on of the founding father of the Namibian nation. May his precious soul rest in eternal peace.
