A WIN FOR THE WORKERS! ✊🏽🎉

Justice has been served! ⚖️

In the matter between Cde David Haimbondi and Roads Authority, the Labour Commissioner has found that the dismissal was both procedurally and substantively unfair.

The Arbitration Award orders the Respondent to:
✅ Reinstate Cde Haimbondi to his position or an equal/better position
✅ Pay compensation equivalent to the remuneration he would have received had he not been unfairly dismissed
✅ Pay the amount ordered by 7 September 2026.

This victory is a powerful reminder that workers’ rights matter, fairness matters, and justice must prevail in the workplace. 💪🏽
A win for one worker is a win for all workers! ✊🏽
