A WIN FOR THE WORKERS! βœŠπŸ½πŸŽ‰

Justice has been served! βš–οΈ

In the matter between Cde David Haimbondi and Roads Authority, the Labour Commissioner has found that the dismissal was both procedurally and substantively unfair.

The Arbitration Award orders the Respondent to:
βœ… Reinstate Cde Haimbondi to his position or an equal/better position
βœ… Pay compensation equivalent to the remuneration he would have received had he not been unfairly dismissed
βœ… Pay the amount ordered by 7 September 2026.

This victory is a powerful reminder that workers’ rights matter, fairness matters, and justice must prevail in the workplace. πŸ’ͺ🏽
A win for one worker is a win for all workers! ✊🏽
