Prepared to respond. Ready to save lives.

As part of UNAM’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and campus safety, Dr Edith Hamukwaya and Ms Justa Davids from the UNAM Hage Geingob Campus conducted First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training for contracted and in-house security personnel yesterday.

The initiative strengthens emergency preparedness and empowers security officers with the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively during emergencies on campus.

Together, we are building a safer, more prepared campus community — one life-saving skill at a time.

4th year Dental students from the University of Namibia brought smiles, care and compassion to Senior Park Old Age Home in Pioneerspark, Windhoek, through an outreach visit focused on oral health education and meaningful engagement with the lovely elderly residents.
