Want to miss your graduation ceremony?

Then arrive at 08:00 for the 08:00 session.
Or arrive at 14:00 for the 14:00 session. 😉

But if you actually want to walk across that stage, hear your name called and celebrate this moment with your loved ones, please arrive by 07:00 or earlier for the morning session, and by 13:00 or earlier for the afternoon session.

The doors will be closed once the ceremony starts. So, please don’t let traffic, parking or “I’ll leave in a few minutes” turn your graduation day into a story you wish had gone differently.

There is NO parking along the road near the venue due to the ongoing Auas Road works. Get dropped off, rideshare with family or friends, and use the designated drop-off/pick-up point on Aviation Road, opposite the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy.

Your degree has taken years. Give yourself an extra hour tomorrow - Thursday, 08 October ❤️🎓

Dear Graduands,

Expect heavy traffic and limited parking around Mercure Hotel on 08 October for the Spring Graduation Ceremony. Please arrive early, allow extra time, and plan your drop-off.

We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you! 🎉
