✅ Be more exposed to what is going wrong than what is going right in the school.

People easily condemned schools that opens their weakness to the public to see. *Be intentional to cover your weakness and strategically work on it.*

✅ Not all big schools you see today has standard; *some are only SELLING because of the good names they built years back*.

When anything goes wrong tomorrow, it's the good name you build today that will save you from that mess.
