A RELIEF FOR STUDENTS WITH MFA Code ISSUE:

STUDENTS who are facing challenges receiving the MFA code in their NOUN emails are to fill out a Google form through the link below with accurate information. The form is to be filled once.

You're required to, log in to elearn.nou.edu.ng using your matric number in lowercase as username and password. Change your password and check the alternative email you provided to receive the MFA code between 12 to 24hrs after submitting the form.

If you'd prefer to get the code on your mobile device after the first sign-in, watch this video on setting up MFA with Google Authenticator App. The video will also assist you to sign in and change your password.

UPDATE ON TMA MISCONDUCT:

2024_1 NOTIFICATION REGARDING TMA MALPRACTICE AND INCOMPLETE RESULTS

Affected students were provided with two options:

1.
Register for the examinations and re-attempt their TMAs, and the new scores will be combined with their 2024_1 examination scores.

Implication:
Students opting for this option may still not pass or struggle to pass the courses, as the examination grades may become generally low.

2.
Affected students were advised to re-register for the affected examination and re-take both TMAs and the examination in the current semester(2024_2)

Implication :
Considering option 2 and re-attempt for both TMAs and examination to ensure they have a better opportunity to improve their performance.

Note:
Credit units on the affected TMA Courses are part of the 24 Maximum Credit Units you are entitled to carry in a semester.

Perception of Cognitive and behavioural problems of Drug Abuse among National Open University Students of Abuja Study Centres

I am a postgraduate student in the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Health Sciences of the National Open University of Nigeria (Special Study Centre for Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Sauka-Abuja).

As part of the requirements for the completion of the Masters of Science Degree in Public Health (MSc Public Health), I am conducting a study on “Perception of Cognitive and behavioural problems of Drug Abuse among National Open University Students of Abuja Study Centres”.
