ADMISSION IS COMING. GET YOUR DOCUMENTS READY!🎓

To all applicants who are waiting for admission or expecting their admission to be released, please take this seriously. Immediately your admission comes out, you will need to have your documents ready for clearance and registration.

📌 Documents to Prepare:

1. NIN Slip
2. I.T letter (For HND )
3. Recent Passport Photograph
4. Anti-Cult/Oath Form
5. Evidence of Name / Affidavit of Good Conduct
6. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
7. Certificate of Indigene/Citizenship* (for indigene applicants where required)
8. ND Certificate for HND applicants

This is to remind all prospective ND and HND applicants that the Kwara State Polytechnic admission application portal will close on Friday, 31st July.

If you have not yet applied, or you have not completed any of the following, kindly do so before the deadline:

Complete your admission application.
Submit your HND transcript (for HND applicants).
Complete your screening process.

Please note that failure to complete any of these requirements on or before 31st July will result in automatic disqualification from the admission process.

This is to remind all applicants that this week is the final week for the HND application form. The application portal will close on Thursday, 31st July. After this deadline, no corrections or modifications will be allowed.

If you have not completed your application, please do so immediately.

Every applicant must ensure the following are submitted:

1. ✅ Completed HND Application Form.
2. ✅ HND Academic Transcript.
3. ✅ Screening Form.

These three documents are very important for your admission process.
