When your boss asks you to train the new employee… 😭

Suddenly, you have to remember which rules are actually company policy and which ones you added. 😂

The real rules are good, but you’ve simplified them, added your own little shortcuts, and created a few “ hacks ” just to survive. 💀

Share this to that friend who will find this relatable 😅

Meet 3 Founders building real solutions in education and workforce development.

SECTOR : HUMAN CAPITAL & EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY)

Three women. One real answer to the same question: what happens to a generation when the systems meant to prepare them for work simply don’t exist yet?

FUSE Varsity is closing the skills gap directly — not with theory, with bootcamps, mentorship, and real career outcomes, recently expanding reach through FUSELearn to break past the geographic barriers that have locked so many young Africans out of quality training.

Jobred | Talent marketplace| career is doing something bigger than job placement they’re building the actual infrastructure of Africa’s future workforce, and it’s working: Nigeria’s National Council on Climate Change has recognized JobRed’s Climate-Smart Jobcentre Framework as a potential model for the entire country, as the green economy alone is projected to create 1.2 million jobs by 2030, scaling toward 10.5 million by 2050.

And this — this is the one people don’t expect inside a room about capital and business: one in four Nigerians live with a mental health condition. Fewer than one in ten have access to real care. The Mind Yard ‘s OKAN exists because someone finally asked what happens to ambition when the mind carrying it has nowhere to turn.

Three different problems. One shared thesis: Africa’s workforce isn’t waiting for permission to be ready. It’s building the readiness itself.

This is what a verified, compliance-gated pipeline actually produces not inspiration. Infrastructure.

Zuri Circle Network. Fearless Female Founders.
