While we regret and mourn the passing of our Mentor and Lecturer - Mr. Ismail Ojetunde - and commiserate with his beloved family, we have made it upon ourselves, as a means of appreciation to his dedicated efforts towards the success of his students while alive, to contribute our token (no matter how big or small) to support his surviving young family.

Dear noble colleagues We hereby write to inform each and everyone going for the conference that due to insufficient budget of the conference Which we have been on the issue of accommodation for over two weeks now, we have decided to drop a day from the initial five(5) days planned this is as a result of the high price of accommodation we got in LAGOS, with respect to this we are hereby pleading to all travelling members to provide an extra fee of 2k so as to augment the deficits we have on ground.
All travelling members should please be available by 10am Monday morning with the remaining balance of 2k as final arrangement will be made and the arrangement plans shall be put across to you to know how far we've gone.

Also please be dully informed that those not available on monday morning shall be counted out of the journey as we want to put across a very important information to you.

In this regards am apologizing on behalf of the entire EXCOS for any inconvenience this sudden changes might have caused and we sincerely appreciate you all for all the support, prayers and advice.
