Attributes Of The Word Of God
1. The word of God stands forever. Is. 40:8, 1 Pet. 1:23
2. The word of God is truth. Jn. 17:17, Jn. 14:6, Jn. 8:32
3. The word of God sanctifies and cleanses. Eph. 5:26, Jn. 15:3, Jn. 3:5
4. The word of God is Spirit and life. Jn. 6:63, 2 Cor. 3:6
5. The word of God keeps us from sin. Ps. 119: 11, Mt. 4:1-11, 1 Cor. 10:12-13
6. The word of God guides us. Ps. 119:105

Things We Fight Against With The Word Of God
1. Temptations
2. Principalities, powers, rulers of darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in heavenly places
3. Strongholds 2 Cor. 10:4-5, Mt. 15:13

Topic: The Helmet Of Salvation
Text: Ephesians 6:13-18

The fall of man revealed the need for us to be saved from the wiles of the devil, and that is why Salvation is very important, and although salvation is free, it came at a price.

When it comes to Salvation, believing and confessing are very important (Rom. 10:9-13). The heart believes unto righteousness and confession is made unto salvation.

What Salvation Offers Us
1. Deliverance from the Kingdom of darkness into light (Col 11:12-13).
2. It has made spoil of principalities and powers (Col. 2:12-15).
3. It delivers to us a new name (Phil. 2:10).
4. It restores unto us fellowship, peace and reconciliation back to God (Eph. 2:12-16).
5. A walk in the Spirit (Gal. 5:15-25).

Work has been done unto your salvation, but your part is also cogent (Rom. 8:31-39). Even though you are in Christ, your cross is still there to carry (Luke 9:23).

"We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God."- 2Cor 5:20

‎As Ambassadors of Christ, we represent Him here on earth. Our words, characters, and actions should point people back to Him (2Cor 5:20). God is making His appeal through us, and it's not by our words alone but also by our actions; sharing the gospel, showing love, forgiving, bearing the fruits of the Spirit, God Himself is pleading with people through our lives. Our lives is the Bible people read now before hearing the Gospel we proclaim.

‎When man fell, sin separated us from God. But through Jesus’ death and resurrection, He has reconciled us back to God. Our job as Christians is to also do the same (2Cor 5:19).
‎You haven't even given your life to Christ or you have taken it back for lust, money, pleasure, greed...Come back home to God. His arms are wide open, ready to receive us. ‎In Christ alone, we have eternal life (Rom 6:23).
