Imperial Products ltd. is to build the one mile high Imperial Three Cross Tower in Amsterdam and put Amsterdam on the map with the highest building in the world.
Supporting Amsterdam City Counsel in innovation projects, for art and university’s, and introducing a no-fly zone above Amsterdam.
The Imperial Three Cross Tower will be climate neutral and will deliver 100 megawatts of wind energy to Citizens of Amsterdam with internal high-low pressure wind turbine-system.
The Imperial Three Cross Tower will function as worldwide headquarters of Imperial Products ltd. in Amsterdam.
The Amsterdam City Counsel will be supported with 1 billion euro’s for innovation en upgrading of the University of Amsterdam en to support Art and Cultural life in Amsterdam.
To contain noise of aeroplanes in the inner-city of Amsterdam and Amsterdam North there will be a no-fly zone of 3 kilometres around the Imperial Three Cross Tower.
Further more Imperial Products ltd. will invest an other billion euro’s to help in noise reduction in the area of Schiphol Airport.
The building of the Imperial Three Cross Tower will generate about 10.000 jobs in Amsterdam for the duration of 5 years.
Imperial Three Cross Tower building budget estimated at 9 billion euro’s and will be situated in Amsterdam-north, at the old Overhoekstower (Shelltower) building site.
Building activity’s will start January 2014.
